Our COVID19 Cancellation Policy
In response to changing marketplace conditions, Coconut Grove Luxury Apartments is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times.

Coconut Grove apartments have implemented the following policies:

•All bookings made are refundable until 14 days prior to your stay. Within 14 days all bookings are 100% non refundable. No deposit is required until 14 days at which time 100% will be charged. This is a temporary policy and we reserve the right to change it as required. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
•For guests who have booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties, please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.
•For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 14 Days before your scheduled arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Thorough and frequent handwashing is essential to help combat the spread of viruses. Our teams are reminded daily that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It is important for their health and that of our guests.

Coconut Grove Luxury Apartments is planning to add partitions at front desks to provide an extra level of precaution for its guests and associates
In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene practices, staff are also completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training. Staff members are provided with access to sanitising stations and personal protective equipment.

Coconut Grove Luxury Apartments use cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses. Apartments are thoroughly cleaned with high grade products after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.We have provided hand sanitising stations and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces including reception area and elevator.
